journal in the morning
i usually try and journal at night just so i can look back on the day and remember key moments of my life. ya know if you don't ever record events they disappear into thin air as if they never existed.
so, today i had the thought why not journal in the morning instead? i feel like this kinda of acts like a cull to the memory which were not important. often when journaling i fixate on the tiny moments of my day that were so redundant that takes away from my journaling. do these moments matter in the great scheme of my life? i don't think so. maybe andy in the future would appreciate the detail.
but, also from a reflective point of view. i think that it's better to journal in the morning so that when i create my action plan it's instilled in the current day. almost as a active plan or reminder todo the things you didn't yesterday.
ya, so today will be my experimental test to try morning journaling. like, i enjoy morning notes to clear the mind but morning journaling seems like an interesting idea.
summary, better for reflecting on larger events and also sets a remind on the things that matter for the current day, like an action plan.
