sudden change
today, i wanted to wake up early to work on my project at 6am. but, when it came time my body did not feel ready to get out of bed. there's definitely a component of needing to be mentally strong to get into action. which I did not have the strength to do.
i wonder if it's to hard to wake up at 6 am or is it too hard due to the change in sleep schedule required to make it happen. maybe, I should push my gym schedule or move my other items in the morning around to accommodate it instead?
the sudden change is tough man. habits, routine, and all sorts of humanly markers are forced to adapt. i shouldn't be too hard to make myself but I feel myself slipping in consistency as the week continue. I WANT THIS PROJECT DONE. but, man its so hard to get into the mode. why? everything seems to fit.
